In stock orders take 2-4 weeks to ship. After your order ships, items usually take 3-5 days to arrive to you. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped that will contain the tracking number for your order! Preorders take months to ship. Items that were preordered are not in-stock items, they have to be made. Estimated shipping times were listed in the product description. Preordered items usually take a few months to ship since manufacturing takes time. I post regular production updates for items on my social media accounts. Unfortunately, we make mistakes and on rare occasions forget to ship
items in an order. If this happens please contact me within 48 HOURS
after receiving your package and please provide pictures of all the

We do everything we can to ensure your order will come to you undamaged. Sometimes, even with warning labels on packages, things can get damaged in transit. As this is out of our control, I have no problem sending you a new item one time free of charge. You MUST contact us within 48 HOURS of receiving your item(s) and provide images of the damaged items and the packaging it came in. If you have any concerns you can contact us at any time about your order before and after you have revived it. We answer most emails within 24 hours. No. If an item arrives to you than it can not be returned. The only time an item can be returned is if it was damaged and you would like a replacement. Please contact us within 48 HOURS of receiving your item to report an issue with your order. You can find more information on returns and exchanges in our Refund Policy

Unfortunately at this time we can not ship internationally through Shopify. But, international customers outside the US & Canada can purchase items through our Etsy Shop!

When your order ships you should receive an email with your tracking number, unless you selected untracked shipping at checkout. If you did not receive an email make sure to check your spam folder or reach out to us and we can help you access your tracking number.

If your order was sent to the wrong address please contact us ASAP! We will help you get your order or work out re-sending your items to you.

If an item is out of stock, but still listed on the shop site it will most likely be restocked. Items that are going to be restocked will also be marked as "coming soon". I can not restock every item that sells out unfortunately. If there is enough demand for an item I will restock it! If there is a specific item you'd like to see restocked let me know.

Most of the items for sale were produced by my trusted manufacturers. Though the items were mass produced, they still have handmade qualities to them and were all designed by me. Not every item will be 100% identical and will have slight variations.

I do not hold discounts or sales for my shop often. When I do I will announce sales on social media or through shop newsletters. I do however have discounted items available, usually defective or items with slight errors. Please do not message me asking for discounts on full priced items if there is no active sale happening.
