Refund policy
You can refund your order anytime BEFORE your order ships. All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item(s) arrived damaged.
To exchange or return a damaged item please contact us withing 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
We only allow ONE exchange for a damage item. If the item is damage in transit again you must purchase a new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 HOURS to contact us about an issue with an order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the returned item has arrived to use we will send you your replacement item. You have 48 HOURS to contact us about an issue with an order.
Refunds
You can only ask for a refund on an order that HAS NOT SHIPPED. If your order has shipped then the sale is final and may not be refunded. if you have an issue with your order once it arrives please contact us within 48 HOURS of receiving your package.
